С продавцом не общалась. Изделие хорошее. Понравилась. Кож.зам.на ошупь типа резина. А по факту-нет. Там, где на фото две сумки: слева моя старая сумка(я ее у нас в городе покупала), а справа-как раз вот эта новая с Али Экспресс. Очкнь похожи. Но кож.зам разный.
